Certain features are available only with a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated by us. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Castle Park Ventures LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any content you share.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASTLE PARK VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
